Some examples of the projects we conducted for the customers.

Supporting Material Development
We have extensive experience in electrode and cell prototyping and its evaluation using customers' development items such as binder (for Si anode and water-based athode), conductive material (CNT, high porosity carbon), recycled active material, current collector and exterior material. We also have developed mixing and coating processes using these materials.

Cell development for Electric Vehicles
Aiming to develop EV cells that require extremely high per formance in rapid charging and durability, we conducted material screening of a variety of advanced materials (Si anode, LMFP, high-nickel NCM, etc.) and also conducted electrode design and process development that can be applied to mass production.

Large-Scale Electrode and Cell Prototyping
We worked on large scale electrode sample production for the customer's vehicle cell development.and delivered more than 10,000m of electrodes in total. We also worked on the sample production of cells for client's on-board vehicle testing. With continuous process improvement, we delivered a quantity of cells equivalent to one vehicle.
